Anna Sui- the colour guru of maximalist

Picture from Style.com

Anna Sui is a cutie! I just ove ALL her designs! especially Fall 2010. In her designs I feel a sense of freedom with a hint of the upcoming trend. But to find the trend, it's like your in Grade one again looking for Wally, just not as frustrating. I picked this outfit to show on my blog because I never knew that a pattern+pattern created this much chemistry.

If you have Ever bought some thing from Anna Sui, you recognize the amazing detailing, I mean how can you ever think of a pattern like that!

ABC no1 "A"

Alexander McQueen - the Elizabethan Techno

When he died I thought why him, why now? His work remain in this world as art. His last designs were on the run-way for fall 2010 "ready-to-wear". well his clothing are all masterpieces that you could never wear them caually to the near by walmart. I named it Elizabethan Techno because I flicked through his collections and saw what I think its inspired by both past and the future- never present.

I see this dress and the gold delicate enbroidery took my breath away. I imagened this dress would fit just fine in a french ball that may-be once Marie-Antoinette attended to get away from Louis the 15th? was it?Exept for the length and the boots. I by the way loved Sophia Coppola's take on her sweet life. And the sillouette is quite impossible. Beauty

But thats not all what Alex could do. Look at the spring. The juicy fresh citrus colors!!!! the bug hair, the pricless jacket and the signature boots. the bug dress is by far the most memorable look for me personally. When I first saw the shows I didn't relise but I was staring at the page 236 of vogue for 10 minutes straight!

my ABC challenge

I have made a desidion that I shall force my self in to actually continue posting my blog so I announce my ABC challenge. I will dedicate a post each to a designer beguinning with that letter! be excited!

feeling the limited freedom

Hey guys who are out there. I am a 15 year old teen who is keen to get her words and thoughts about her passion out there in cyber space. I am typing from a vintage table with leather table top by y self in front of a toastie fireplace that no-longer works( i don't think). Anyways, I hope from this isolated room, thousands of viewers are will be eager to want more posts from me in the near future. My blog is all going to be about my life, my passion and some random topic that goes by my head . I am a vintage maniac who can walk for ever just to find a perfect faux-fur coat( *fact: i walked up and down Omotesando in Tokyo 10 times to see which one of the coats are in better condition and decided the one I saw in Bondi, Sydney was better). Also high-end fashion is also my love. I flick through style.com and memorise all my favourite outfits from top maison designers like Karl Lagerfield and his AMAZING chanel collections (also I love the sets and the places he provides), Marc Jacobs- love what he wears as well, LANVIN has been really cute in these couple of years with the balloon silouettes and Miu Miu- Miucicca Prada forever. I am seacretly an aspiring actress so watching movies isn't just an ordinary hobby for me. I need to watch more these days. My ultimate favourite is the super cheesy and cliche for a girl but Titanic is my absolute love of my life. Since that movie my ideal guy is Jack so I have been getting no-luck to meet a cute guy. This is where camembert comes in. While renting like 5 moveis from blockbuster, i love to eat camembert and crackers instead of popcorn while watching films. :) yes so this is me long post- i know but check it out xxxxx
